Delivery, Returns & Refunds
After your payment is verified, it can take up to 2 working days (Monday-Friday) to process and ship your order. Any orders placed after Friday 3pm, will be dispatched the next working day (not inclusive of Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays)
Standard Shipping orders within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 2-5 working days. You will recieve an email once your item has been dispatched, if you have not received your item after 5 working days then please contact us at email@example.com
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unworn and unwashed in the same condition that you received it.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Items that show signs of useage are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, including shipping costs.
For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.
If multiple item orders are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including your original shipping cost - your returns cost is non-refundable.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send item back until you have contacted us directly and received an informed reply, comfirming the return.
Any request for a return more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Any items purchased at an event are not eligible for a cash refund and a store credit will be issued instead.
Any item returned that breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds

Only regular priced items can be refunded, (items purchased using official discount codes can be refunded in line with our returns policy).
Any items purchased in sales are none-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide the returns address.
